Ben Instone is one of the UK's top time triallists. In 2008 he won bronze medals in the RTTC National Championship 25 andd 50, and he came fourth in the National Championship 10. He also placed fourth in the National Championship 100, his first ever 100-mile time trial.
Ben's international wins include the 85-km Top Speed event of the 2008 Hutchinson Open Tour held in Chalette sur Loing, France. In 2007 he and partner Simon Berogna won the third category event in the Duo Normand, also beating the fastest second category team. Ben, Phill Sykes and Simon Berogna placed fourth in the elite category of the 2007 Trio Normand.
Ben currently cycles for Scientific Coaching. He is also sponsored by Planet X Bicycles, Lynskey, and AllSports International.
